North-East Region (Hauts-de-France, Grand Est and North of Bourgogne Franche-Comté region - Departments 80, 60, 02, 62, 59, 08, 51, 10, 52, 54, 55, 57, 88, 67, 68, 89, 58, 21, 71, 70, 39, 25 and 90)

Target 🎯
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, the development of your region and manage projects with the design office.
Your main responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a loyal customer portfolio within your assigned region
• Develop your skills in various industries (medical, packaging, food processing, cement, etc.)
• Understand and analyze clients' industrial needs and processes

• Develop and support your projects from identifying client needs to defining and installing the final solution
• To propose innovative and appropriate technical solutions
• Regular use of the CRM: updating your customer database daily
• Participation in trade shows, conferences or supplier training sessions
• To evolve within a network of international partners (MDN Network)
Our account managers organize their week between field visits and teleworking: you will be in contact with your clients 3 days a week throughout the South-East region, while the other 2 days will be devoted to organizing your activity, administrative follow-up and business development from your home office.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales for France.
